Project REACH:
Established by the state of Hawai`i executive office on Aging, Project
Reach provides support and counseling to older adults who are at risk of
abuse and neglect. Services are available to eligible persons without
charge. To be eligible you must be sixty (60) years of age or older and
a resident of Hawai`i living on Oahu in your own home or with family.

Advocates for Nursing Home
Justice: A private organization which assists persons who
are abused in a nursing home. They can be reached at 526-4472 or www.stopnursinghomeabuse.com
Adult Protective Services:
Help is available. If you suspect elder abuse, neglect or exploitation
call 832-5115. If you have concern about abuse of an older adult
residing in a licensed long-term care setting call the Long Term Care
Ombudsman at 586-0100.
